Jessica Alsop is a Member of Jackson Kelly PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia.
Ms. Alsop received her Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law and her L.L.M. in taxation from New York University. Ms. Alsop’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions for businesses and non-profit organizations, including tax-exempt financings. Ms. Alsop is active in the community, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Schoenbaum Family Enrichment Center, the Board of Directors of the Children's Therapy Clinic, the governing council of the West Virginia Law Institute and the Young Lawyers' Division of the West Virginia Bar Association. She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the John A. Field, Jr. American Inn of Court. She has previously been involved with the Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council, the Junior League of Charleston and Read Aloud
