Brian Talbott and his wife Rhonda own Talbott Personal Care Home Inc, which consist of three facilities through out Barbour and Randolph counties. Brian currently serves on the board of directors at BC Bank in Philippi , WV and is president of the Barbour County Office of Economic Development. Brian is a lifelong resident of Barbour County and enjoys the outdoors. Brian and his wife Rhonda have to sons : Taylor 13, and Tanner 9.
