Cindy L. Ayers is the Vice President of Mountain State Health Plan Operations at Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield (MSBCBS) in Parkersburg West Virginia. Cindy has been employed with MSBCBS for 21 years and currently has oversight accountabilities for membership, billing, benefit coding, statewide customer service, statewide claims processing, quality assurance, training and voice communications for individual, group and government insurance programs. Prior to joining MSBCBS, Cindy was employed with Dil’s Brothers in Parkersburg for eight years as a Clothing Buyer responsible for Men’s, Women’s and Children’s clothing. Her responsibilities included purchasing, advertising, displaying, and sales. Cindy received her Associates Degree in Business Management graduating Magna Cum Laude from Washington State Community College. She also holds her Life, Accident, and Health, Variable Life Agents License. Cindy is a committee member of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation Scholarship Program, supports several charitable organizations, and is a member of Porterfield Baptist Church. Cindy resides in Belpre, OH with her spouse Art Ayers and together they have two sons, Jeremy 21 and Christopher 19. She enjoys reading, horseback riding, traveling and spending time with friends and family
