Danielle M. Waltz is an associate at the law firm of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, in Charleston WV. Danielle concentrates her practice in general litigation as well as professional negligence and construction litigation. Danielle graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a degree in mathematics, and went on to earn her law degree from the School of Law. Currently Danielle serves as the second Vice President for the Kanawha County Bar Association and maintains a leadership position with the Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Committee. Danielle is involved with several community organizations including the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra and The Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences. As avid sports fan, when she’s not working or volunteering her time, Danielle can be found at the gym or cheering on the Mountaineers.
