Glenn W. Miller is the Director of Provider Contracting and Reimbursement of Mountain State Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Based in Charleston, Miller joined the company in 2002. His primary responsibilities include Commercial and Medicare Advantage network product contracting with hospitals, ancillary providers and establishing reimbursement schedules for all network providers. Glenn has thirty plus years of healthcare management and consulting experience in the Dallas, Pittsburgh and St. Louis markets. Glenn has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration (M.S.H.H.A.) from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a B.A. from the University of Kentucky. Glenn and his wife Susan have two children, Kate 16 and Sloane 13 and reside in Vienna, WV.
