Lisa A. Biafore is a native of Cape May, New Jersey and currently resides in Morgantown, WV with her husband, Michael (A 2009 Leadership WV Graduate) and their daughters Rachel and Regina. Lisa is the Director of FBI/CJIS Programs for Keane Federal Systems, Inc. overseeing the contract operations for about 100 Keane staff at the Criminal Justice Information Systems Division for the FBI in Clarksburg. For Keane she is responsible for staff, client and contract management and performance; business development and expansion into the WV market; and strategic planning. She is a Program Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of senior management experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds a BS from Glassboro State College in Business and a MBA from Drexel University. Lisa has been active as a Girl Scout Leader and has served on the Pastoral Council at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She is active in outdoor activities and likes running and biking. She has participated in several races and did her first sprint triathlon in 2009.
