Mark was born in Ohio, but educated and worked in West Virginia his entire adult life. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Jackson / Roane County Economic Development Authorities. Mark focuses on initiatives that help retain and expand the industrial and commercial jobs base, as well as comprehensive marketing and initiatives to recruit new businesses to the area. From 1986 – 1998 he served as Development Director in Parkersburg and Director of Federal Programs for the State of West Virginia. Mark holds an Accounting from West Virginia University and is a Graduate of EDA from The University of Oklahoma. Mark also is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
