Prior to entering the world of workforce development, Susan Moran spent almost 20 years working for the DuPont Co. in various assignments. She began in field sales in Los Angeles, moving to North Carolina selling industrial photographic products to the architectural and engineering industry. Given that her undergraduate degree is in Human Resources, she relocated to corporate headquarters in Wilmington, DE into the corporate HR function. Over the next 11 years her assignments ranged from developing practices and policies for work and family programs, to serving as the corporate HR business consultant in manufacturing for the DuPont Dow merge and ended her career as an HR Manager for a plant that manufactures one of Dupont's rubber products. Since relocating to West Virginia, Susan has substitute taught in her daughters' schools and has worked for the past 6 yrs. as the Employer Program Specialist for the Mid-Ohio Valley Workforce Investment Board.
