C.D. Linton is the Human Resources Manager for the Essroc facility located in Martinsburg. He also provides Human Resource support to the Front Royal VA facility and terminals located in Frederick MD, Baltimore MD, and Richmond VA. In addition, he has been an adjunct professor at Mountain State University in the discipline of Organizational Leadership since 2002. C.D. received his undergraduate degree in business from Shepherd University and his graduate degree (MBA) from Frostburg State University. C.D. has over fifteen years of manufacturing experience in the Eastern Panhandle working for the following companies; Kodak, CREO, and Quebecor World.
C.D. is a board member of the Martinsburg Sunrise Rotary, member of the Eastern Panhandle SHRM and sits on the WV State Council of SHRM. C.D. resides in Hedgesville with his wife and their two daughters.
