Rob moved to the Mountain State in 2007. In 2002, Rob graduated from Kenyon College with a BA in Economics and Political Science. After a stint as a legal assistant for a global law firm in Washington, DC, he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007. While there he worked in the law clinic and interned at Jackson Kelly PLLC.

Moving to West Virginia to work at Jackson Kelly, Rob represented health care professionals, mining, manufacturing, and wind energy companies in a variety of matters including negligence, class action, nuisance, personal injury, and property damage claims. In 2016, Rob joined West Virginia American Water where he represents and advises the company in legal and regulatory matters. He assists the company in providing high-quality and reliable drinking water to nearly one third of the state’s population and in its efforts to provide the necessary infrastructure for businesses and communities to thrive. Rob has presented and written for Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and other legal organizations and is an active volunteer with his church, Scouting, and the Kanawha Running Club.

Rob and his wife Katherine live in Romance with their twin boys and enjoy running and the outdoors.
