“If you can do good, you must.” This is the philosophy that drove Jen Susman to start 84 Agency, a communications firm dedicated to helping nonprofits and social enterprises better execute their missions and share their stories with the communities they serve and beyond.
Susman attended Marshall University to play Division I softball and continued her athletic career at Toledo University where she Graduated cum laude with a Bachelors degree in New Media Studies. After receiving her Masters of Fine Art from the San Francisco Art Institute in California, Susman chose to return to West Virginia to create positive change in her home state.
Following her philosophy, Susman co-founded 84 Agency to work hand in hand with nonprofits to tackle a range of issues including promoting social justice, fortifying the arts, reducing poverty, promoting equality, and strengthening the talent pipeline in West Virginia. Susman is inspired to do this work because she knows that the only way to build a better, more equitable world is to start in your own backyard.
